Nate loves his books. We'll often read at least five books in a row several times a day. Which is great. Except Dave and I are REALLY sick of the books we have. It seems like we are reading the same few books over and over and over because - babies love repetition, Nate only likes certain books and we're sticking to board books because Nate wants nothing more than to rip the real paper books to shreds. So in an effort to spice up our collection without wasting money on books Nate isn't interested in, I checked some board books out of the library.
I got four books and the hands-down favorite was Peek-a-Boo What? It's only six pages long, but each right-hand side page is a flap that opens creating a three page spread. And the best part? That page also has big circle cut outs. Nate loves books with cut outs. They're great to stick your fingers in, and of course hold up to your face and peek your eyes through. Hilarious. Well, hilarious to an almost eleven month old. So clearly we have to purchase this book.
